We will be offering different themes for these self care workshops. We only allow 12 people per workshop, as we like intimate classes.


Self Care for Back Health will offer some invaluable information on how to nurture your own relationship with your body, with focus on the pelvis and spine. This is for anyone who wants a better relationship with their body and overall wellbeing.

Self-Care for the Dancer   is a workshop to assist dancers in caring for the body. Dancers will learn how to become more aware of postural alignment and how different tissues can affect healing or lack of. Dancers will also learn effective stretching and self-care techniques specific to their bodies to reduce the possibility of injury. Basic anatomy studies along with an in depth study into your own relationship with your own body.
